When do I need a customs broker?
Any import or export operation of meaningful value in Argentina requires a licensed customs broker registered with AFIP-DGA. CACE has 6 licensed brokers and authorized agents handling each client's enquiries and operations.
How long does a clearance take?
It depends on the assigned channel (green, orange, red) and the regime. A green-channel operation can be released the same day; one with physical inspection takes 2 to 5 business days. We are permanently connected to the Argentine Customs System (María) to minimize turnaround.
Do you work with operations of any size?
